A New Jersey developer is proposing to build a 200-unit luxury apartment complex on a portion of the St. Christopher's property in North Castle. Sylvie Binder, a 16-year-old Armonk resident, traveled to Bourges, France for 10 days to represent the United States at the World Cadet-Junior Fencing Championships on April 1. Binder, currently the highest ranked women's cadet under 17 foil fencer in the country, is a two-time Cadet World Team member and earned Team USA's first women's foil gold medal at Worlds since 2010.
