A skunk's strange behavior prompted a worried homeowner in to call in the cavalry Monday, North Castle police say. The apparently ailing, and possibly rabid, animal was "rolling around and falling over" on private property on Spruce Hill Road for several hours.

Pair Of Storms Could Bring Rounds Of Snow To Armonk

A dramatic upswing in temperatures early this week could end with separate rounds of snow late this week that could be the first of several disruptive snowstorms to hit the northeast in mid-March, according to AccuWeather.com. Armonk's Heavenly Productions Foundation Adds Four Board Members

The foundation, which is located in Armonk, said that its new members are Westchester County Court Judge Anne E. Minihan, fundraising and marketing veteran George Drapeau; and John and Marie DeCicco, who are owners of DeCicco & Sons, a grocery store chain that has a location in downtown Armonk. Minihan, the foundation notes, was elected as a judge in 2014 to a 10-year term.
