Congregation B'nai Yisrael in Armonk will be hosting a half day Women's Wellness Workshop with Dr. Joel Evans, the founder and Director of the Center for Women's Health in Stamford, Yoga Instructor Alka Kaminer, Health and Nutritional Consultant Jyoti Tewani and Chef Suzanne Perry on Thursday, May 19 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. The keynote speaker, Dr. Evans, will share a holistic approach to the prevention of the most common health issues affecting women as they age.
