An Armonk developer stormed out of a discussion on a proposed affordable housing plan during a contentious meeting with members of the North Castle Planning Board, according to The Examiner. Michael Fareri presented a plan to build 48 affordable housing units at a former lumberyard on Bedford Road, the story said.
