Susan Fox, president of White Plains Hospital, spoke to the Learning in Retirement at Iona College group on Tuesday, Jan. 20 in New Rochelle. More than 60 attendees listened to Fox speak about changes in the health care environment nationally and in Westchester, and what these changes mean for patients.
