The co-founder of Netscape and his fourth wife have been identified as the buyers of the Greenwich estate formerly owned by actor-director Ron Howard, according to a story in the New York Post. Jim Clark, 70, and his wife, Kristy Hinze, bought the home on the Greenwich/Armonk border in July for $27.5 million.
