The much maligned "Polar Vortex" will once again drop into the United States in the coming week, creating frigid temperatures and likely some record-low temperatures and wind chills for this time of year. The arctic blast is expected to dip into the northern plains and Great Lakes regions beginning on Sunday, Nov. 9 and last until Friday, Nov. 14. Some areas of the country could see temperatures dip into the single digits, AccuWeather reported.
