An updated tally of unofficial results puts Republican challenger Guy Mezzancello ahead of Democratic incumbent Jos Berra in the special election for a North Castle Town Board seat. The unofficial results, which are from the Westchester County Board of Elections, give Mezzancello a 17-vote lead.
