Armonk Will See Sub-Zero Wind Chills After Latest Round Of Snow

After another quick blast of snow, Westchester residents will now have to deal with another shot of arctic air that will push wind chills well below zero on Thursday night into Friday. Snow showers could linger overnight, but the major concern will be the temperature, which is expected to drop to around 3 degrees.
