Real estate in Northern Westchester stayed hot in the fourth quarter of 2016 and continues to be a valuable asset in the marketplace. Northern Westchester home sales rose 9 percent in the fourth quarter of 2016, while the median home sale price decreased by 5 percent, according to the most recent market report compiled by Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate.
