Market North, Newly Opened In Armonk, Aims To 'Change The Marketplace'

It's one meal at a time at Chef Eric Gabrynowicz's new creation, Market North , but expect things to ramp up come September. The new gourmet market, with bakery goods, coffee, condiments and other seasonal items for sale in the front and room for dining and eating in on the side and in the back, opened for breakfast on June 10, lunch on July 10, and will open for dinner on September 8. "We decided to take it slow and open one meal period at a time," said Gabrynowicz, the mastermind behind Restaurant North across the street.
