A deer stuck in a fence at 6 Agnew Farm Road on Thursday, Dec. 4, was among the calls that North Castle police responded to last week. Complainant Thomasine Williford called headquarters reporting that she has been unable to contact an elderly friend of hers by the name of Phillip Wagner who resides at Meadow Hill Place on Thursday, Dec. 4. Williford stated that it is extremely unusual for someone not to answer phone calls at the residence as Wagner has a live-in health aide.
