Two weather services are providing vastly different long-range forecasts for this winter in Westchester County and throughout the Northeast. NOAA did say it believes there is potential for above average precipitation all along the Eastern Seaboard, but didn't provide any snowfall totals because of the large variance that occurs with storm tracks and strength of storms.
