Northern Westchester Hospital will be hosting a table to teach middle schoolers how to eat for a healthy heart in honor of American Heart Month at Chappaqua Library on Friday, Feb. 7 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Stop by the "Love Your Heart" event to make a heart healthy snack for your valentine and learn all about eating for a healthy heart.
