Developer May Seek 48-Unit Project At Armonk Site
Plans for a 36-unit condominium project on the site of a former lumberyard in Armonk are being changed again, according to a report by The Examiner. Developer Michael Fareri had gotten the town's approval for 30 full market-price condos and six affordable units at the Bedford Road site but had wanted to move the latter to another property on Maple Avenue, The Examiner reported.

Approaching Cold Front Could Bring Severe Storms To Armonk
The National Weather Service is warning of a risk of severe thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and evening in a Hazard Weather Statement issued Tuesday morning. The storms could be accompanied by strong to damaging winds with heavy rain that could produce isolated flash flooding in low lying drainage areas, the service said.

Thomas J. McGrath, of New Paltz, died Wednesday, June 15 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie of congestive heart failure. He was 80. He was born Feb. 1, 1936, in Madison, Wisconsin, the son of the late Michael and Amelia McGrath.
