Saw Mill Club Presents Harmony Workshop Featuring Kirtan

Saw Mill Club is presenting a harmony workshop focusing on Kirtan and it will be hosted by its two yoga instructors Satveer Kaur and Satya Franche, who both specialize in restorative yoga on Friday, Jan. 30. This workshop is guaranteed to relax participants and create a deep sense of peace. The first half of the class is restorative and meditative, which will prepare the mind and body for Kirtan.
