Voters in North Castle will get a chance to learn more about a referendum to change their government to a ward system Monday night, Oct. 6. Concerned Citizens of North Castle will host a forum at 7:30 p.m. at American Legion Hall at 35 Bedford Road in Armonk. The event will be moderated by Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's director of media initiatives.
