A developer who has been asking the town to allow him to relocate six affordable housing units, is now proposing more changes to his condominium project, according to a report by theexaminernews.com. Michael Fareri, who owns a former lumberyard in Armonk, says he now wants to construct a building there with 48 affordable units, theexaminernews.com story said.
