Police in North Castle beefed up security at Business Park Drive in Armonk after a strange incident where a man allegedly "confused a vehicle for his own car" and was caught by its owner. On Sunday, police were dispatched to IBM Town Park, where a man reported that he spotted another person closing the passenger side door of his car in the parking lot.
