It's getting to be about that time and Albert DeAngelis, the culinary wizard behind Eastend in Greenwich is gearing up for the Greenwich Wine + Food Festival, taking place Sept. 23 to 24. DeAngelis said he gets inspiration for his creations from his younger team and from doing things in a collaborative fashion.
