Armonk Will See Snow, Sleet, Freezing Rain After Bitter Cold Subsides

The brutal cold gripping the area will weaken its hold on Monday, but freezing rain and snow are expected to arrive some time late in the afternoon on Presidents' Day. High temperatures Sunday will be in the mid-teens under sunny skies, but wind chill values will remain between -15 and -25 with winds of 8 to 13 mph.
