ARMONK, N.Y. The towns of Mount Kisco, Bedford and North Castle are joining forces on Saturday to help restore the Byram Lake Reservoir Watershed. Residents who volunteer for the event, which starts at 10 a.m., will be asked to remove cans, bottles and debris from the lake's border, with the aim of restoring the area to its natural state.
