North Castle Supervisor Arden To Run For Re-Election In November

ARMONK, N.Y. A year and a half into his first term as North Castle Town Supervisor and Howard Arden is already planning to run for re-election. He said he will run whether or not he is endorsed by the town's Republican Committee - which is likely to endorse its candidates sometime soon.
